Beautiful area and views. Access to the water via dock. Boat rental and kayaks available. Great little cabins fully equipped for long stays. Lots of extras like volleyball, disc golf, corn hole, etc. The pool and spa are nice and well kept. Dogs allowed in some cabins and there are dog clean up stations throughout the common areas. Lounge area with firepits, picnic tables and lounge chairs. Lots of other tables and seating near the cabins along with bbqs. Bbqs are propane which is provided, so no totting around huge propane tanks. And to top it off- Amazing staff and customer service. My only complaint is that I can't visit enough!

My staff and I have been coming here for many years for a weekend retreat and just spent another unforgettable weekend here. The new owner has done wonderful things fixing the place up and has great plans for its future. It is becoming a membership resort which will be great for anybody who loves lake life and camaraderie. If we were a bit younger, it would be a no-brainer for membership. Such a beautiful place and a great staff with an amazing owner.

The absolute best place to be in the woods with family. It was peaceful, fun, amazing service and the mattress gave me the best night’s sleep!! We celebrated my mom’s 80th birthday. We all wanted to be in the woods but some of us 😉 didn’t want to sleep on the ground camping style. We all ate together at 3 along picnic benches and one of the owners did a whole presentation of the perfect s’more and then we all ate smores obvi! We will definitely go back!!

We visited Rollins last year in June and loved it so much we became members and chose this as our wedding venue. The staff are really easy to work with, attentive and the property itself is amazing. If you are looking for a very quiet, low key spot in the mountains with a great lake and great staff, this is your spot.

I can't speak enough about this Resort. Sean is awesome! He's very easy to talk to and straight forward. This place has some if not the best views in all of Rollins Lake and you can even book weddings here as well. Ms. Tish, Ms. Kelly and Mike are also awesome people as well very friendly. If you're not a member here then you are DEFINITELY missing out and the BEST part is this is NOT a Timeshare for those laughing thinking it is lol.

This is a very beautiful private resort. The staff is super polite always with a kind greeting and a smile.
